"I worked for Lifetech for 3 years. The environment was sexist (owner addressed all women as 'honey' or 'sweetheart'), owner talked about politics in the workplace, and appeared to be a division between departments. This is the first place I've worked at where upper management did not inspire their subordinates. Constantly asked for a review so I could receive a raise? No such luck. I never even received an annual cost of living raise. Company needs to practice more ethics when it comes to becoming compliant with FDA in the US or compliant with other countries."
