What don't you like about working at LifeSource?

"Management backstabbing and infighting is brutal. People get summarily dismissed with no notice and are marched out the door like criminals. Management (of which I was a part) for the most part treated staff as the enemy and continually downgraded them and insulted them. management does not trust the people who work for them and the staff returns the favor by not performing as well as they are capable of doing."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Respect your staff. Stop the infighting and put the organization and it's goals before the expansion of your personal sphere of authority."
