What do you like about working at LifeAccess?

"Coworkers are very friendly, the dress code is business casual, and I get to use a Linux desktop."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"The people here are mostly friendly and a pleasure to work with, but management can be very unprofessional."

What don't you like about working at LifeAccess?

"They don't seem to care too much about their customers or employees. Corners are cut everywhere. Most of our servers run Windows 2000, our hardware is outdated, and much of our software is pirated."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Be more honest. Don't do rounds of layoffs and pay-cuts because profits are down, while opening new offices and buying out smaller companies. Try to fix your problems instead of hiding them. People are unhappy with the price and quality of your service, focus on that instead of paying to have negative reviews taken down."
