It takes about 3 weeks to train for in the a hospital setting. You work for LLSC; however, you are an independent contractor through a hospital of your choosing. This job is very demanding in overtime and has a high turnover rate. The people are very nice and want the company to do well; however, there is a major lack of communication and the pay rate does not match the position."
