"the independence to work within a system and impliment novel approaches to difficult issues, while maintain adhearence to the ethics of the profession"

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"No, but all the of the preceeding questions could provide a better flavor for how I relate to being a subordinate if they were aimed at Child Guidance Resource Center"

What don't you like about working at Swarthmore College?

"It is all very exciting. There has not yet been a situation where I have not found challenging."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I am management. So, since I have no supervisor, I rely on my personal integrity and the ethics of the profession"
