"Skip it!"

What don't you like about working at Life Chiropractic College West?

"The administration. They don't give you enough notice upon changing your schedule, perhaps only a day in advance. They do not pay overtime, nor reimburse you for expenses you might accrue for the job. They do not provide adequate training. Due to scheduling demands, they illegally give some workers more holidays and time off than others of the like position. People who choose Monday as a day off, for example, get the short end o the stick, because lots of holidays fall on Mondays. So, that is just considered your regular day off while your colleagues get a short week. It is in your contract to show up for graduation ceremonies, test days etc even if they fall on your scheduled days off. Therefor you literally can have a 6 day work week."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Try reviewing labor laws. Stop discriminating by allowing some employees to take breaks 3-4 times per day, while others get one half hour break for a whole 8 or 9 hour shift."
