"It’s unfortunate that Lidl Us is not run like so many of its counter parts all over the rest of the world. It is very much a CYA culture and your opinions are not needed. Problems with staffing and buildings are ignored until critical. Good people are burned up emotionally and physically exhausted. They are definitely only interested in hiring outside for management instead of promotions. I actually have been through the promotion process and the hoops you have to jump through and the time it takes is unlike any other company I have every worked for. Great pay. But they have to pay that way or they would have an even higher turn over rate than they already do."
