Over the years I've grown to love the opportunity to connect with each insured and understand what are his/her insurance needs. In case there is a claim you are able to help during a very hectic event in their lives. Sometimes insured's would call in regards to fixing their vehicles due to a mechanical issue, after explaining that personal auto policies do not cover this."
