"The work load. I feel that the work load is sometimes to light for my knowledge base."

"Suggestions to management would be to learn to rely more on the work study students."

"Very close to my house. Great coworkers. Simple to learn everything"

"Be prepared to learn quickly because after training you're on your own"
What don't you like about working at Charleston Southern University?
"There is barely any work to do and when there is, it seems to simple and I zip through it leaving the rest of my work day empty to surf the Internet and procrastinate."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would have more work for the students rather than having them sit doing nothing for a majority of the time"
What do you like about working at Binghamton University?
"I do a variety of tasks which keeps me interested, and my supervisors are great. However I don't have much responsibility and would like more."

"It's a great student job, but that's all it is."
What don't you like about working at Binghamton University?
"My position is only available part time, as it's a student assistanship, so even if I were to continue working there I wouldn't have enough hours. Also my job is a little monotonous. But since I'm about to graduate, I can't keep my job."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Take greater strides to move what the library as a whole into the future, greater focus on technology and digitization, rather than just maintaining the status quo."

"I really loved working with maps in the map collection."

"Work in the library and in the map collection upstairs."

"The students could be a little much from time to time."
