"I worked for a 150 person company that was purchased by LexisNexis about 8 years before I left. The first couple of years they left us alone and it was still good, then the revolving door of the Executives started and the downward spiral began.They took a very high-performing ISV and reduced it to mediocrity through RIF's to offset losses from other products. Later it was topped off by moving the product line offices to another state, losing most of the technical staff along the way."

"I enjoy working for LexisNexis. Senior leadership communicates vision, strategy, and road maps effectively. But implementation of that strategy at the departmental level is not very evident."

"I am working from home full time after they closed the office in Dec 2013. I am a team player and prefer to working in an office environment which my company is not able to provide at the moment. The people that I work with are very nice but my management doesn't seem how to many the new product with good planning."

We have a small local development team and are geographically distributed around the globe. We are a high performing team that is unfortunately out of the visibility of the corporate level organizations. What do you like about working at LexisNexis?

"Freedom of working from home. Boss lived in different state, so no micro-managing. Sales trips were fun! Maternity leave pay was 100% of pay(salary and commission). Very high."

"Know someone."

What don't you like about working at LexisNexis?

"VERY political and cliquish. Sales goal were never on time and sales teams didn't receive goals until 2nd quarter. Payment on sales goals always fluctuated. Many people had been at the company for a long time and didn't do their job, just coasted."
