"Lexicode could be a quality company if the proper leadership was in place, and ALL employees were actually held accountable. Unqualified persons hold positions of importance forcing employees to have no confidence in some leaders' abilities. Communication is extinct in this company except when totally necessary, then conflicting directions are given. When legitimate concerns are voiced by employees, they are glossed over without any action. The lack of organization is astounding. Needs revamping."

"Nothing there was a positive experience other than leaving as quickly as possible."

"Run as fast and far away as possible and DO NOT sign their non-compete agreement"

"No opportunity for improvment. Unrealistic expectations. Hiring and firing people in less than 30 days due to not having business affairs in order."

"Be considerate about others in the profession and let them know they will be tested and fired if they fail."
