"The people that I work with at the property level. Anyone but upper management!"

"Run!!! Just make sure to lease apartments to keep your job! You will be trained by a fellow employee so you are only as good as they are so pray they do things the right way!"

What don't you like about working at Lewis Operating?

"Employee turnover. Hard to get your crew together when you are writing them up of firing them. Even if they worked there for 9 years plus. You have no idea where you stand."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Give my employees the praise that they deserve not take every ounce of what Goldy and Ralph did for them and trade it with nothing. They should be ashamed of themselves. Goldy and Ralph where very employee involved now you just get written up or fired. SAD and SHAMEFUL"
