"This is a very very high quality company. If your work isn't world class don't bother applying, but if it IS, then Level may be a brilliant career move."

What don't you like about working at LEVEL Studios?

"company is in an inbetween stage from a small digital agency to a major international agency with 200 employees. we have yet to find ways to 'grow into' our new size. in the mean time, my personal position is not great."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"more communication, more cross discipline employees, more openness. More women and more opportunities and accomodations for mothers (ok and fathers)."
