1.7 As Branch Operations manager you do everything. Dispatch, Order parts, run projects order supplies for the branch. You work long hours updating Service Calls every day. You work on average 14-16 hours a day. They don't care that you work that long claiming you can turn around a branch in 1 month. They delay in getting the 2nd interview for jobs. They aren't willing to pay for what certain area pay is on average, so you are left with branches that are short staffed. Training needs to be better for both manager and employees. They claim to be a Service company, but the priority is to get maintenance done every month on time. The inspections are only visual and don't take readings during the PM inspections. Area manager may respond to you quickly or in some locations not very timely. Corp drives policy and have to produce or get fired. They claim bonuses but they are based on your techs finding thing wrong. Full service accounts do not qualify for your bonuses.
