I was hired as a Project Executive and after 5 supervisors changes over 4 months, I and several others were laid-off. However, the lay-off was virtually voluntary, as I knew the business unit was losing money and staffing was going to be cut. I dod not know about these details upon accepting the position."

They provide internal training and put a lot of focus on Safety and well-being of their employees and subcontractors that are on site. They could improve in their internal promotion process. While they preach promoting from within, it does not happen often. Most of the time an external person would get the promotion."
