"LendingClub, at least from my standpoint, has been quite a learning environment. The company's work environment can be somewhat summarized as cut-throat, as the communication amongst the big teams and small teams is negligible at best. Small teams such as my current team, have to go out of their way to keep up with all the decisions and updates that the big teams make and do not bother to share."
