What do you like about working at LeMatic?

"I get to help many people with computer issues. I also enjoy the fact that I am given projects and I am able to complete them without much supervision. I also enjoy the fact that I was given the opportunity to build their gigabit network and their servers from the ground up."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Chances are if you get an interview as long as you have the skills required and willing to work a lot then you will be hired."

What don't you like about working at LeMatic?

"Standard nine hour days plus weekends as needed. I get one week of vacation. If you do not work 45 hours a week on salary you are looked down upon and criticized if you ask to leave early on days."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Management needs to work together and create understanding. Seems that every manager has their own style and it rarely meshes."
