"Pluses balanced against rigid salary caps to equalize salaries, and exclusion of mid-level employees from tuition benefits despite qualification -- benefits extended to directors. No director had any real-world experience in marketing consulting services or performing audits."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Since the Agility Forum is defunct, its funding pulled by DARPA, not much value in offering paliatives."
