"Lehigh Couny has trouble seeing the true effects of big government. A new commissioner compliment has made the workers angry. They do not recognize that they are making more money than many of the people in the county as a whole."

"Micro-manage less and perhaps consider some restructuring. Change evaluations so they are equitable. Treat my employees like adults and hold them all to the same standard."
