"I like the people, and my vendor and customer relationships that I've developed over the years. They've been stable through many economic down-turns, but no longer have the management to sustain the momentum of Leggett's proud past."

"Be prepared for long hours, no over-time or bonus pay for extended stays anywhere, including foreign countries and companies. But you'll learn and grow as an engineer and a person."
