"I've worked at the company for over 5 years and have seen a lot of changes, some good and some bad. LegalZoom has great people who make the company fun to work for, but it is also easy to get lost in office politics and you see the result of those who work it well and those who don't bother to. Pay is currently being reviewed for the company but is currently different and in some cases not competitive."

"LegalZoom as a company is very competitive. The products and services they offer are important to small business's and personal service for planning for the future. However, the price for some services are not competitive. The internal issues are that communication is not there, upper management to employee concern has diminished in the last year. They have taken on the concept with restructuring you can be replaced vs helping, improving and motivating the employee's as in the past."

"Young, Dynamic atmosphere, close to Hollywood/Highland & Subway. HR/Managment is favoring Indian and H1B workers. If you are asian or another culture, you will not be 'In' with the group and your growth potential is limited."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Make sure you know what your getting into. LZ does not have quarterly or semi-annual reviews. They just let go people for what ever reason, and not based on performance. I know several people in the organization that this has happened to so its not a fluke thing."

What don't you like about working at LegalZoom.com?

"Key Decisions are made only by a few people"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Delegate Departments heads to do their own thing with little supervision."
