"LSNJ is good place to work. They provide great benefits and a work/life balance, and I believe that's why many people who work at LSNJ end up staying for years. The organization can improve when it comes to the relationship between superiors and their employees, and work on their policies a bit (specifically add a bereavement policy, allow for work from home, comp time, summer Fridays, etc.) but compensation and benefits are fair for a non-profit organization."
