"I worked with the company since 2018. In 2019 the company underwent sweeping change in the top management tier. This resulted in confusion and disruption in the command and communication chain. Midway through the year with sales dropping off labor costs began to rise the staff began working 6 and 7 days a week sometimes as many as a hundred hours a week. Based on the resulting exhaustion the staff began to experience there was a major attrition in the work force. It appears that the top tiers of management have lost institutional control of the company."
