"Safety has its challenges due to the reactive support of leadership and no support from CEO, COO, VP of Manufacturing, VP of HR and owner. COO and VP of Manufacturing hide incidents and could care less when it came to Covid-19 or any other event or unsafe condition caused by supervision or plant layout . Got rid of the Safety Manager that made any difference in the unsafe practices, lowered incident and OSHA rates and showed he listened and cared for the team members in the organization. Great place to seek employment if your a convicted felon for any crime but no place if your looking for any appreciation or compensation for what you do for the organization. Preach retention and sustainability but when dedicated staff that had a strong work ethic Leedo leadership showed that their own advancement along with profit and production was the only thing they truly cared about."
