"Communication tends to die off when nearing the end of a project. From my experience it is due to the growing nature of Ledcor and the line of work we are in. Sometimes projects don't line up one right after the other and this can make for an uncomfortable feeling for those below senior management."

"Continue to grow better, then bigger. I like the direction you are taking with the management team and the changes that are coming down the pipeline."
