"I worked for Lectrus, Corp. for about 2 years. In that time, my attendance was almost perfect. I completed my tasks on time and communicated with other principals of the project in a timely manner. I often came into work early and stayed late to keep projects on the timelines. I participated in company activities. Because my state is a 'at-will' employment state, I was laid off during downsizing for no stated reason. I was not the most recently employed designer nor the one with the longest time."
