What do you like about working at Lectrosonics?

"I had an enormous amount of freedom there. As long as I got the job done, I could set my own hours and come and go as necessary. I worked closely with everyone in the company, making my workday anything but boring!"

What don't you like about working at Lectrosonics?

"No career advancement possibilities and no professional advancement opportunities. Company would not pay for certification testing."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Keep an open mind. Not everyone came from the same mold."
