"At first I loved the opportunity given to me. I loved my office and the chemistry we had. We all worked very hard and worked well together."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"I would not suggest you interview with this company. They have low pay, high expectation, no appreciation. If you do not like making decisions this is the job for you."

What don't you like about working at Goldrich & Kest Industries?

"Management does not recognize hard work and dedication. Rather points out and nit-picks on other things. This company plays favorites. Giving discounts to children of employees but not to actual on-site employees. Fair Housing nightmare! Beware! The corporate office is rude to all on-site employees. After working there for over a year corporate employees would still call asking who worked in the office. They do not care. They do not give raises and play favorites."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Give constructive feedback. Recognize hard work and abilities. Don't play favorites. Appreciate employees."
