Leam Directional Employee

"I left a well paying job with another drilling outfit to work with Leam. Leam promised regular work and also a higher pay, which reinforced my decision to leave and work for them. I was on their payroll for 26 weeks and did not work for 17 weeks of them. I fulfilled all requirements for the pay which they never gave me. They laid me off this week due to low seniority and the market conditions for oil even though my performance was great. Don't know how to think of this one but just giving the details of my experience is all I can do."
