What do you like about working at Leake & Watts?

"First, it was never known as Leake and Watts Services, it's kn own as Residental Treatment Services of Southeast Kansas and it was a decent place to work."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"They don't interview, it's basically first come, first serve. The managers need to have in depth interviews with potential employees and with clients."

What don't you like about working at Leake & Watts?

"It was up to the developmental disabled client if you had a job or not, and in my case he wanted a female worker. . . all though it was against the rules RTSSK fired me to hire a female, whom he raped."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"The managers/Psychologists, need to step out of their offices and interact with the clients to know if they are a danger to society or not. I guarentee if they had done so, the female staff would not had been raped, nor hired for him."
