"LeadClickz is a difficult agency to explain. There were personal issues within the organization. They had nothing to do with me, but it did effect me in negative ways. The CEO was/is terminally ill. I never met him. I started my position without being informed of the situation. I came in and realized I was hired to run and save the company. The CEO's wife was my direct manager, but she did not have applicable knowledge of Digital Marketing and how to run an agency. However, I made a commitment and kept it. I made many improvements, increased revenue, hired new staff, obtained larger and more profitable clients, ran the day to day operations, and was lead on all projects and clients. It was a strain on me, as I worked 70 hours a week. The momentum declined quickly due to covid. I left the company as I could not accept half of my salary, while continuing to run the company. The work life balance was difficult, which made my departure an easy decision. I also took some time for bereavement. I began working directly with companies whom reached out to me for assistance. I am currently doing so, but I prefer to work for a solid company, with competent staff and colleagues."
