"Never boring, but everyday brings a different challenge. My developers trust me."

"Prepare to be overworked and consider the terrible location and commute."
What don't you like about working at SPEED FC?
"Unrealistic expectation supporting production systems and enhancements. Too many meetings. Nobody is happy and most are stressed."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Form an Application Support team and/or flexibility for those of us doing both."

"We had a very casual environment but were expected to work very hard. That pressure to deliver kept us hopping."

"The company is no longer in business as it was. We sold all our client base to another firm. However, we did recommend that the takeover organization continue offering an extensive compensation package with 100% employer paid benefits."
What don't you like about working at Custom Software Design Group?
"It's hard to find other developers with the same drive - that can cause us to miss deadlines if we don't stay on top of our timelines."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Our biggest challenge was always finding good talent while competing in a global market. That's a tough financial ball to juggle."
