"Mindset is constantly focused on tweaking features and functions of the site vs. putting project resources around driving traffic, increasing partnerships, and improving customer service, and leveraging CRM tools."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Shed the negative attitudes toward employees and stop undermining employees in hallway conversations and one-off emails that lack context."
