"At times feel lost in the shuffle; large and few opportunities to do diverse activities."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"They do a very good job with career development with younger engineers, however, with more experienced engineers, they tend to get pigeon toed. I feel caught, albeit the work appears to be there, at least for the time being. Same old is getting wearing."

"Managment has a serious lack of manegment skills. Nepitism is a major factor in the managment at the Fort Scott facility."

"They need to find a different line of work than what they are doing. like E.G. Macdonalds"
