"Demonstrate a willingness to be led. Do not try to emphasize your own will. Show that you are competent but willing to do as you are told."

What don't you like about working at Benefit Express?

"Senior Managment was disorganized an unfocused and were often with out clear goals. They had a tendency to look for a scapegoat when an issue came up instead of trying to find a solution."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"They should focus on trying to create a better balance between work and home life so that employees will want to come to work. Also they should try to refocus on the talent that they do have and find a way to keep some of there more talented members"
