"Easy company to work for, but do a little brushing up on your techinal skills"

What don't you like about working at ECI Telecom?

"Its become a larger company who is too focus on low cost engineering which results in a lot of in fighting within the company for they fear loosing their jobs."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"For local management, they really do a good job. For global, they may want to focus on quality and not cost. Less up front cost results and more over all cost on the back end (poor quality results in loss of business and time trouble shooting)."
