"I love being the Lead Graphic Designer position, not only I get to have full control of overall work flow, I also have a little more voice in my design. However, what I hate about it is, although I am Lead Graphic Designer but we are under IT department and we are reporting to IT manager. Due to the system, I do see a limited growth at this company in this position."

"I love that I can be creative, yes within the Government parameters for each proposal, but is a design-led company and that makes my job easier to do and becomes a great environment for designers to work in! Sometimes it is hard to agree with the writers or left brain thinkers because the don't care about aesthetics as much, but design comes first for the CEO and that is what matters."

"I like the team members I worked with side by side."

"This company looks pretty from the outside but inside it is a big mess."
What don't you like about working at Stratus Media Group?
"I like the pay and benefits it had to offer me."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"The management should watch out for sexual harassment and budgeting problems."

What do you like about working at MGA Entertainment?
"The people I work with directly. They are great people."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Get your feet wet, be prepared to move out as soon as you find something else."
What don't you like about working at MGA Entertainment?
"Promises of raises every 6 months with nothing to show. We have to make our own perks. The higher-ups expect the work to get done without the resources needed."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"listen to your workers, see that they are not happy. Get them the equipment and the help they need, or at least offer over time for the workers who would like to have it. Stop promising things you can't or won't deliver."
What do you like about working at YogaPro?
"I enjoy the team environment that the inner community of the company has and the input from the company as a whole on creative decisions."
What don't you like about working at YogaPro?
"I feel as though I am constantly being micromanaged and without an understanding of possible capabilities as they reflect the amount of time allocated for certain projects."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Sit down and really listen to your workers, ask what suggestions or problems they have with their daily job duties and help try to resolve those problems."
What do you like about working at Innovative Aftermarket Systems?
"I liked that we each had our own cubicle and could express ourselves by decorating it any way we chose. We also were free to add any input we had and free to share our ideas. We were able to brainstorm on big projects."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Other than the no eating at the desk rule, it's a good company to work for. But it is based on the automotive industry, so any time there is trouble in the automotive industry, they have layoffs."
What don't you like about working at Innovative Aftermarket Systems?
"No one was allowed to eat anything at their desk. So if you worked through lunch (which I often did) then you didn't get to eat until your 10 minute break at 3pm (which I also often worked through because of deadlines). So some days I would eat breakfast and then not get to eat again until I got home from work."
