  "I loved doing something different everyday. One day I would be solid modelling or creating engineering drawing for the machine shop. The next day I would be running the molding/casting room, making or finishing molds, casting dummy parts, and all from molds that I either hand made or designed and had the shop machine. Another day I could be in the assembly room assembling a crash test dummy, a coast guard flotation dummy (which I did a retrofit pelvis on), or a set of NPAC's child seat dummies"
