"The language on their recruiting materials of a good place to work in is not true. They have a lot of turnover because their is little to no opportunity to advance. You work on the same project forever or until the contract is lost, then they will lay you off. They have not won a contract in a few years. The management team at the corporate headquarters promises but never delivers. Seem disconnected from the client teams. The CEO is not involved at all with the company."
