"The work atmosphere is very encouraging and engaging. People share knowledge, help team members, and this is furthered by having a company cafeteria with subsidized and excellent meals, in the style of bygone days, along with picnics and free flu shots. There is potential to advance within the company, something unusual in this field."

What don't you like about working at LCC International?

"LCC could pay more to be in line with competitors such as Bechtel."

"Management is very good but one suggestion is to increase pay to match market levels."
