  "Well I can say it's hard work but it isn't that bad. You will be on a team and if you're on a good team everyone does their part, makes the job easier, and the nice thing about it is that you go to different jobs every day, some are easier than others and they provide you with all the tools to do the job They give you clothing so you don't have to ruin your own. I liked the job because I was outside in sun working hard for my money, it was nice. The only thing I wish was different is if there was more opportunities for me to move up in the company as if they would help me with school so that I could become the person that goes and gets the jobs and walks around and looks at them and bids them, well I told you a couple things I like about it. Sometimes you got to work in the rain or you get stuck on a crew of all the lazy people that only do minimal work and make you do the rest."
