"I love the area of practice and the subject matter. I enjoy the people and atmosphere there. I enjoy being with people."

"Teamwork is very important. Communicate. Document all emails, communication, and tasks completed. Respond to communication from clients quickly and thoroughly. Be open minded and willing to go the extra mile. Be sensitive to the mortgagees."
