"I worked for Lattice Engines since 2010. It was in post start up / pre-IPO status for the four years I was there. The rate of growth was always a challenge to keep up with. Internally, there were about 40 employees when I started and over 150 when I left. Customer rate of growth was two fold, existing customers were expanding as they found tremendous value in the product and new customers were responding to the marketing department's campaign and top notch sales team expanding into new markets."
