"I worked as a government contract recruiter for Latitude. Unfortunately, I had very little contact with anyone there except for a few times with the person that recruited me. The company I was supporting had a lot of issues with organization and many managers who were new to the position that did not exactly know how to delegate responsibilities and make sure the objectives were clear."
