What do you like about working at Latisys?

"At my previous employer IBM I liked that even though it is very large company your managers do pay attention to the pride you put in your work and the ability to adapt and become part of a team.Here at Latisys primarily I like the people Interact in the daily basis and how different each day is. Every day and every weeks is different than the one before. I dont get bored because we are always busy and as new clients decide to use our Datacenter they bring new challenges or vendor requisites that allow us to play with the newest gear out there."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"The company usually does try to find a person that seems a good fit for the team, but also has the technical understand of the tools, apps or overall concept of how things are done. Since, Latisys do provide new employees with the training and basic foundation needed for them to perform their job from that point on it would depend on their performance and eagerness to leave or stay with the company."

What don't you like about working at Latisys?

"The one thing I dont like would have to be: not having a matching 401k."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"My suggestions are usually about space consolidation, virtualization opportunities, updating processes or suggesting how our developers can automate a manual task to prevent errors or save us time."
