"Lashay's Construction was part of my curricular requirement during my master's program. After graduation and upon company reviews, however, I was recently awarded a fulltime position. A substantial part of my responsibilities comprises of administrative roles and duties, which is an extension of my internship. I do not foresee any growth personally since the company has four active projects and a backlog that we are still working on. Hence, I would like to seek other opportunities that I can lend my skills and expertise."
