"Being able to learn new things. Friendly coworkers. Free* lunches. The silliness.* if you count having to eat while at work as free"

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Don't do it! Unless you are looking to learn a lot in a short period of time and then move on to a more reputable company, I wouldn't apply here. If you do work here, I would only plan on working here for 3 years tops. I would think that by then you would be ready to take your knowlege and use it to get paid somewhere else."

What don't you like about working at Laserfiche?

"Looks can be deceiving! If you are looking for a company to take care of you and your family in exchange for your dedication, this is not that company. There is an appearance of care and compensation, but it is all only just appearance."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Tyrannical leadership in the highest levels of management is never going to make for good middle management."
