"I've worked here for 4 months now and the company in its entirety is a well oiled machine. The company does well and sales are good if the relationship with customers are well kept. The management needs to be more involved with its employees and not blame them for others mistakes or without knowing what happened. Owners son walks around as a dictator and if you are not on his good side, you will soon be gone."
