Larson-Juhl Frames Employee

"Senior management has no clue about what sales is all about. The approach has moved away from consultative and customer focused, to how much profit we need to make. If I hear 10% EBITDA one more time I think I will throw up. We used to be a good company with Values and while management spends a lot of time telling you that we have great values, they do nothing to Respect any Individuals and continue to try and blame their failures to adapt to a declining industry on the backs of hard working sales reps who have no way to overcome their poor leadership of the company. If you are considering working for this company, think long and hard... It is a company with a dead end future until someone wises up and fires the current management."
