"I worked at Lapeer Industries for almost 20 years. The first 10 year's I really liked My job. After the owner handed control of company to His 2 son's the company changed. No raises after 15 years. Plant manager's played favorites. The President of the company enjoyed the good life while the worker's slaved in overheated shop's. Raises were handed down by inept supervisor's who played favorites. Vacation day's were taken away whenever You called in sick and brought in a dr. slip, didn't matter. Finally laid Me off because they lost a contract , then listed Me as terminated. Very rude Human Resources Dept. She got all of Her renter's top paying job's yet sabotaged other worker's from advancing further. Over all a bad place to work."
